What to Include
When contacting support, include:
- The email address on your Runebook account.
- The device and app version you are using.
- The game or story name, if relevant.
- A short description of what happened.
- Screenshots, if helpful.
Report a Problem
Use this for objectionable generated content, safety concerns, account issues, billing questions, or anything that needs review by the Runebook team.
Email support@runebook.gg with the subject “Runebook Problem Report.”
Bug Report
Use this for broken buttons, loading failures, audio issues, speech-to-text problems, display or layout bugs, crashes, failed story turns, or other technical issues.
Email support@runebook.gg with the subject “Runebook Bug Report.”
Billing and Refunds
Except where required by law, Runebook purchases are final and non-refundable. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those stores and remain subject to their refund and account-management processes.
Account Deletion
To request account deletion, contact support@runebook.gg with the subject “Account Deletion Request” from the email address associated with your Runebook account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Deletion may permanently remove access to saved games, characters, credits, subscription-linked features, and story history, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
